Busy, Busy, Busy
There are many things going on this week:
#1 THURSDAY – DECEMBER 8TH: WE STILL NEED VOLUNTEERS TO SORT AND DISTRIBUTE POINSETTIAS. PLEASE SIGN UP TODAY IN CHARMS!
#2 There is NO Booster Meeting on Tuesday, December 6th.
#3 Scrip gift cards are here and can be picked up on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 8th between 4-6 pm during the Poinsettia Pick Up.
#4 Poinsettias MUST be picked up on Thursday between 4-6 pm. Any orders not picked up will NOT be available until AFTER the concert on Tuesday, December 13th.
Scrip Order Due 11-29-2011
Scrip is due Tuesday, November 29th. Special this order: Martin’s Supermarket gift certificates $25, $50 and $100 value (earn 3%)–help us meet our minimum needed. Also, Martin Marketing – Letter Jacket Purchase gift certificates $50, and $100 value (earn 5%). Go to www.shopwithscrip.com and Search “Martin.” Tuesday is the last day to order these.
Those of you who aren’t sure what gifts you plan to buy yet can order anytime from www.shopwithcrip.com and purchase “ScripNOW.” This allows you to buy and print when needed. Blue Backer Fundraiser is Huge Success!
The money raised for the upcoming Concert Programs is over the top! According to Kris Martin, last year we raised $5,180. This year, we are already at $6,495. That is AWESOME!
A special shout-out to Lillian Wroblewski (Choir Dept.) for securing THIRTY-NINE ads. That is incredible. Her ad revenue totaled $575. Thank you Lillian!

Just a reminder that the Holiday Scrip order (which includes Martin’s Supermarket and Martin Marketing) is due next Tuesday.

Braided Bread Fundraiser
Parents attending tomorrow’s Booster Meeting (10-11-2011) will be treated to a sample of Braided Bread. The meeting beings at 6:00 PM.
Please plan to attend to learn more about this exciting fundraising opportunity.
The sale takes place October 17 – 28. Orders will be delivered November 14th.
Bring along anyone who wants to know more about our Braided Bread Sale. Debbie Hoover, the Braided Bread Coordinator/Band Mom, will be on hand to answer questions.
